Our story

Total Awesomeness was born out of life’s toughest challenges and to still have the resilience and determination to choose joy and happiness. For Founders Tania and Wayne, life has never been straightforward. They’ve both worked hard, had successful careers, built families, faced heartbreak through loss, health struggles and change. Through it all, they have carried a spirit of resilience, love and hope.

Being an idea's person at heart, Tania has always been able to see opportunity where others see obstacles. After an accident ended her corporate career and Wayne retired with serious health diagnoses, they chose not to look back but to create something new.

Tania attended an online event and heard one of the speakers use the phrase “Total Awesomeness!”. Hearing those words inspired her to create something to help others.  Tania thought the words Total Awesomeness were uplifting, had a life of their own and were full of possibility.  From this inspiration, the Total Awesomeness brand was born.

More than clothing, it has become a movement, a daily reminder that no matter what you’re going through, you are Total Awesomeness.  Supported by family, friends, models, photographers and local creatives, Total Awesomeness has grown into more than fashion. It is a Connection of Love - a statement of recognition, upliftment, positivity and resilience.

To us our Total Awesomeness logo with it's upside down A flips convention on its head. It's a symbol of breaking the norm, thinking differently and embracing a new perspective. This isn’t about fitting into a mold; it’s about reshaping what awesomeness looks like—fearless innovative, and authentically you.

The interaction between the T and the flipped A represents the balance of confidence, creativity, precision and has a hint of rebellion. This is our Total Awesomeness logo - and to us it's more than just a logo. It's a statement.
